5.4 S/C Ford GT
Basket case engine
everything is there to complete a running FGT engine assembly. complete with all front accessories, pulleys, supercharger system and throttle body, air conditioning, exhaust manifolds and belts. shipped exactly as shown. engine was not blown up. this is a culmination of parts to assemble a complete FGT engine. crankshaft is in the block but all the SVT rods and pistons are out. comes with all new rod bearings, crank bearings, piston rings and gaskets. also comes with complete dry sump oiling system with oil reservoir tank (not pictured). comes with flywheel but no clutch assembly. the internals of these engines are no different to rebuild then any modular engine. if you have a mechanic who has modular experience, this will be no issue to re-assemble this engine. These parts would cost over $60,000.00 if purchased separately at list thru the dealer. A brand new FGT engine is no longer available thru Ford Racing and are restricted to warranty sales only thru the dealer with a suggested retail of $35,593.00 plus a $7500.00 core charge which puts you over $43,000.00 for this engine from the dealer if you can get even one. This engine includes the harness to the firewall but does not include the computer. Valve covers are brand new from the dealer which means the niche line signature plate is not there on the valve cover. Why this engine has never been available in the U.S.is beyond us! Factory installed in the Australian Falcon, this is 389 horsepower of bad ass! or 290 kw of power as the Aussies would rate it!
built on a Navigator short block, the Boss 290 incorporates 03/04 Cobra heads with a 2000 Cobra R style manifold set up. while the lower manifold is almost identical to the 2000 Cobra R except has smaller ports to fit the 03/04 cobra heads, it uses a large single blade drive by wire throttle body attached to the upper plenum style manifold. complete with all front accessories, tensioner and belt. engine has been run very little and looks like brand new inside and out. complete with harness and Australian ECU!

this is a non-running engine for display purposes only. has good side oiler block, no rods or pistons, steel crank, C5AE bare heads, medium riser 8V intake with generic carbs, fuel log and linkage and a pair of new take off C5AE long exhaust manifolds. has correct 427 balancer, NOS thermostat housing, 427 oil filter adaptor and original fuel cannister and lines (not pictured) . has new pentroof valve covers, date coded plug wires and original 427 distributor.

this is a non-running engine for display purposes only. built on a 460 shortblock with original C9AE Boss 429 bare heads, cast aluminum Boss 429 valve covers, tunnel ram 8V intake with generic Holley carbs and Mr. Gasket street scoop. complete with distributor and fuel pump. Polished pair of valve covers are also available for this engine.
